The Yale Law School Chapter of Americans for Informed Democracy invites you to this panel discussion, featuring former Executive Director of UNICEF Carol Bellamy, U.S. Congressman Chris Shays (R-CT-4), and former Speaker of the Connecticut House of Representatives Irving J. Stolberg (D-New Haven). Welcoming remarks will be from Harold Hongju Koh, Dean of the Yale Law School and former Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor.
